From June 7th, Wales enters a period of transition from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 1. There are various restrictions placed on hotels until we drop to Alert Level 1.
Covid rules in Wales are Health & Safety Law, not open to interpretation or flexibility.
2m social distancing is likely to be enforced for considerable time, masks are likely to remain a legal requirement for some time.
Welsh Government have already confirmed that Track & Trace will operate until at least March 2022.
In order to reduce the flow of people in the hotel and keep all guests and staff as safe as possible, we cannot provide early check-in or late checkout and cannot store bags. We will review that situation when government restrictions allow.
All hotels in Wales are permitted to sell rooms to family members or extended bubbles only. This means we cannot allow you to share with friends. It must be verified to the hotel in writing that you meet the requirements set in law for Wales. We will accept an email to verify.
