Breakfast is served daily in the historic Captain Scott Room, where the famed explorer dined before his 1910 Antarctic expedition.

When you book directly with us (online or by phone), breakfast is included in your rate.

We offer:

  • Continental Buffet – Fresh pastries, juices, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, jams, and more.
  • Full Welsh Breakfast Buffet – Smoked back bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns, beans, toast, and free-range eggs.
  • Made-to-order options – Omelettes and pancakes (some charges may apply).

Mon–Fri: 7.30am – 10.00am
Sat–Sun & Bank Holidays: 7.30am – 10.30am
New Year’s Day: 9.00am – 11.30am (with complimentary late checkout)

If you book a room-only rate, you’re welcome to add breakfast at the hotel. Letting us know helps reduce food waste.
