We’re a small, city-centre hotel with limited space, so we keep things simple and fair. Here’s how it works.

Baggage storage

  • Free, 12:00–14:00
    We’ll happily store your bags before check-in from 12 noon and after check-out until 2pm at no charge.
  • £4 per bag outside those times (cash, charity donation)
    If you need storage before 12:00 or after 14:00 up to 17:00, we ask for a £4 per bag cash donation. This isn’t retained by the hotel—it goes directly to a local charity supporting disadvantaged children.
  • No storage after 17:00 (day of departure)
    We can’t hold bags beyond 5pm; please make alternative arrangements if you need later storage.

Please note: the donation is cash only as we pass it straight to the charity.

Early check-in

  • From 12:00 (midday), subject to availability
  • £10 per hour (we adjust staffing to prepare your room early)
  • If you must be in Cardiff very early, the best value is often to book the night before.

Late check-out

  • Up to 13:00, subject to availability
  • £10 per hour

How to arrange

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance so we can plan housekeeping. We’ll always do our best, but availability depends on occupancy on the day.
