Whilst we would love to be able to offer a full baggage storage service, we are a small hotel with very limited space.
We will gladly store bags prior to checkin free of charge from 12 midday.
We will gladly store bags after you checkout free of charge until 2pm.
Before 12 midday and after 2pm we need to be realistic with the small space we have and prioritise it for our departing guests and then newly arriving guests.
We will store bags prior to 12 midday at a charge of £4* per bag – this is not retained by the hotel, it is passed directly to a local charity who support disadvantaged children.
The £4* charitable donation will also apply for any bags left with us after after 2pm until 5pm.
We will not store bags after 5pm on the day of departure, we feel that is not a reasonable expectation of us.
Alternative arrangements will need to be made to store bags after 5pm.
* we only take cash to store bags. We collect it on behalf of a charity, we don’t want to make things extra difficult for the charity, they have more important things to do.
We do offer early checkin on most days depending on how busy we are.
Early checkin is a chargeable service as we need to disrupt our staffing patterns to make it happen.
We charge £10 per hour for early checkin and the earliest we will do is 12 midday. We are simply too busy to offer anything further.
We do offer favourable rates plus additional discounts for multiple night stays, if you need to be in Cardiff very early then the sensible option is to stay the night before.
We also offer late checkout at the rate of £10 per hour, usually until no later than 1pm.
Early checkin or late checkout must be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival.
We are a very busy small hotel that plans carefully to ensure all rooms are cleaned properly prior to arrival.
